Typical properties are single-tenant, 35k-300k sqft, across Canada and the US. GBPP is a minority shareholder of 16 industrial properties across Canada and the U.S. and encompassing over 1.3 million sq.ft.

GBPP, through the Overland Group, is developing a 160-acre industrial site near Calgary, AB, neighbouring the CN logistics park, expected to break ground in 2025.
